Lloyd's in court over Jackson cancellation tour
Lloyd’s has asked a judge to cancel an insurance policy issued to cover Michael Jackson’s This Is It tour in April 2009, arguing that the pop star’s concert promoters withheld medical information.
Associated Press has reported that Lloyd’s went to court on Monday over its refusal to pay out on a non-appearance and cancellation policy after AEG Live failed to provide necessary medical
