Xchanging predicts year-on-year fall in 2011 profit

Xchanging chief executive and founder David Andrews has stepped down from the role of chief executive with immediate effect.

Chief financial officer Ken Lever will assume the role of acting CEO until a successor is found, while Mr Andrews will remain as a senior adviser to the chairman.

Lloyd’s profits fall to £3.5bn
