Brit rejects £10.50 share bid
The board of Brit Insurance has posted an update on the progress of its sale negotiations with private investment firm Apollo Global Management.
In a note on the London Stock Exchange, entitled, Possible Offer Update, Brit said: "Apollo's advisers recently contacted the company's advisers and informed them that Apollo may be prepared to table
