Omega appoints new non-execs
Omega has confirmed the election of Roger Field, Robin Oakes and Richard Pexton as non-executive directors, subject to the relevant regulatory approvals.
Additionally, Mr Oakes will become chairman of the audit committee.
Roger Field has spent over 40 years in the insurance sector and is one of the most experienced underwriters in the industry.
