Justice Committee launches whiplash inquiry
The Justice Committee has launched an inquiry into the government’s proposals for raising the small claims limit for personal injury.
The Committee intends to hold a single evidence session early in the New Year and will then publish a report. Written submissions can be made, but only if they “raise new points”, with a deadline set
