Government to buy insurance against disasters in developing countries
Prime Minister Theresa May has announced plans to use the expertise of the City of London’s insurance market to grow insurance markets in developing countries.
Theresa May, pictured, said the UK government is planning to spend tens of millions on buying insurance premiums from London insurers to help cover the costs of natural disasters.
