Copart fined £2.5m by Competitions Authority
Copart has been fined £2.5m by the Competition and Markets Authority for failing to comply with an enforcement order on three occasions.
All three fines have been issued as a result of action Copart took while the authority’s investigation of whether the business should be allowed to buy Hills Motors was underway.
