Tokio Marine HCC acquires Direct Commercial
Tokio Marine HCC International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire UK commercial motor MGA Direct Commercial.
The acquisition includes DCL’s sister company, Direct Commercial Premium Finance.
Headquartered in Chelmsford, Essex, DCL writes over £200m in gross written premium and insures one in nine commercial
