Hiscox upgrades 2026 growth outlook following double-digit HY results

Hiscox has upgraded its retail growth forecast for FY26 from 8% to 9% following retail growth of 10.2% in H1.

Hiscox reported insurance contract written premium increased 10.2% for the UK, landing at $530.2m (£394m) from $463.4m (££344.3m), which it stated stemmed from “increased production from distribution
