How to quickly launch an insurance product
How to spot a gap in the insurance market and move swiftly to produce a product to fill it is tackled by Vicky Rowlay, VP, national director for business transformation at Arch Insurance, in the latest Insurance Post Top Tips video.

- Talk to brokers.
- Get the right people.
- Appoint the right project lead.
Rowlay said: “It is really important that when you are building a new product that you speak to brokers about the requirements of the policyholder.
“Brokers are much closer to the consumer to understand not just today’s needs but the future needs and developments that are happening in their businesses and the environments they work in.”
