Allianz defends ‘customer first’ approach to Covid BI claims
Amid ongoing litigation over Covid-related business interruption claims, Allianz has insisted that its approach has put customers first and has been guided by a desire to obtain legal clarity on policy wordings.
According to the Financial Conduct Authority’s last report of claims data in March last year, the insurer is among those that have been most caught up in the wave of business interruption claims
