Post surveyed 2800 insurance employees and Howden was voted a 5* employer in the large employer category.
Howden was shortlisted for the Best Insurance Employer (Large) award at this year's British Insurance Awards, earning a 5* rating.
The broker previously topped the Large category in 2021.
