The trial between upmarket restaurant group Corbin & King and Axa began on Tuesday, with Mrs Justice Cockerill hearing submissions from both sides.
Slated to be heard over two days this week, the case concerns business interruption losses claimed by Corbin & King relating to the enforced closure of its businesses due to Covid-19 regulations
