RSA raises £350m but ‘not for a specific transaction’
RSA is raising £350m through a senior notes offering, which it intends to use for “general corporate purposes”.
The notes will accrue interest at 1.625% a year and reach maturity on 28 August 2024, five years from today.
An RSA spokesperson told Post: “We are bringing to market a senior bond issue of benchmark
