Ageas completes £116m acquisition of Groupama Insurances
Ageas has completed its acquisition of Groupama Insurances – less than three months after it revealed the £116m deal.
Groupama Insurances will operate as a separate wholly owned subsidiary of Ageas UK and will work alongside Ageas Insurance, both companies geared towards supporting UK brokers.
