Insurers and claimant bodies committed to portal extension, says chairman
RTA Portal Co chairman Tim Wallis has responded to insurers' concerns that the claimant community is "dragging their feet" over extending the portal to include employers' liability claims, stating that both sides remain committed to the April 2013 delivery date.
Earlier this week, sources close to Post said that the claimant bodies had not engaged with the insurance industry over extensions to the portal, and that the frustrated insurers had considered
