Talanx pulls out of IPO
German insurer Talanx AG is to cancel its initial public offering after investor feedback on the company's valuation "deviated significantly" from analyst estimates.
Analysts at the investment banks managing the transaction had been holding discussions with potential investors for 10 days.
At the time, Talanx's sole shareholder, HDI V.a.G, said that the market
