Cadogan Keelan Westall has revealed that Winter damage due to the severe UK weather is costing commercial property owners up to £225m a year, research has found.
According to Cadogan Keelan Westall, claims for frozen pipes reached a record high in 2010.
The average winter damage claim last winter was £4 964 and the most common causes of damage to commercial
