Elite rules out solicitors' PI move
Legal expenses provider Elite Insurance Company has ruled out entering the solicitors’ professional indemnity insurance market due to the rules governing the assigned risk pool.
In a statement the insurer said the decision was “solely due to the lack of what Elite sees as essential changes to the ARP Pool and the rules governing policy wording”.
