Broker Aon has had ups and downs already this year. As well as a slight image shift, one of its more positive moves was the appointment of former Lloyd's chairman Max Taylor to the board. Marcus Alcock talks to both Mr Taylor and chairman Dennis Mahoney about the shake-up at Aon.
In the first week of the new year, broking behemoth Aon found itself on the receiving end of both good and bad press.
