Zurich in settlement with SEC

(BestWire) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against and simultaneously entered a $25m settlement with Zurich Financial Services. The lawsuit alleged civil securities fraud related to finite reinsurance transactions.
