Both trust and claims satisfaction rates among insurance customers are on the rise, according to new data from Fairer Finance.
Fairer Finance’s Spring 2026 Trust in Insurance Index has found that consumer trust in insurance providers has improved across most sectors, with car and travel insurance both recording higher scores
