MGA satisfaction with claims processes hits new low

Clyde & Co’s 2025 MGA Opinion Report has found that managing general agent claims management process dissatisfaction has worsened over the last two years.

In 2023, 80% of carriers and 59% of MGAs felt that the claims management process with MGAs required improvement; these numbers increased to 91% and 71%, respectively, in this year’s report, which
