Most complained about general insurers revealed

Admiral, Direct Line Group, Aviva, Esure and Axa were the most complained about general insurers in the first half of 2024, according to the latest Financial Ombudsman Service data.

While Admiral, Direct Line Group, Aviva, and Axa’s volume of complaints in H1 2024 were in line with the number received at the start of 2023, and reflect the volume of business these providers
