The proportion of unrepresented claimants using the Official Injury Claim portal remained below one in ten for its second quarter of operation.
The second tranche of data from the Official Injury Claim portal, launched at the end of May, shows that 9.1% of claimants were unrepresented through the process in September to November. Overall, 9.3
