LPG slams HDI claim as 'abuse' of court process
Legal Protection Group has hit back with its defence document in the ongoing legal dispute with HDI Global Specialty, denying all the accusations as it branded the litigation unnecessary and serving no purpose other than as an attempt to strengthen HDI’s hand in commercial negotiations.
