Supreme Court to hand down BI verdict on Friday
The Supreme Court is expected to hand down its judgment in the business interruption test case appeal on Friday 15 January, the Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed.
Six insurers, the Financial Conduct Authority and policyholder group the Hiscox Action Group are all appealing aspects of a September High Court judgment that concluded some of 21 contested policy
