Failed Elite ATE policies disclaimed
The administrators of Elite Insurance have disclaimed all but two after the event insurance policies underwritten by the insurer.
Gibraltar-based Elite had a European customer base, including customers in the UK. In addition to ATE, its policies included motor insurance, guaranteed asset protection, solicitors’ professional
