On Tuesday the appeals court heard from expert witnesses testifying on the topic of additional accommodation costs in serious injury claims in the case of Swift v Carpenter.
Tuesday, 23 June, marked the beginning of three-day hearing on the case of Swift v Carpenter (2018), with expert witness evidence heard by Lord Justice Underhill, Lord Justice Irwin and Lady Justice
