PE house completes £285m Charles Taylor buy
US private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners has completed its deal to buy Charles Taylor.
The deal was first announced on 19 September last year at a price of 315p per share in an all cash offer worth £261m.
It followed talks with several potential buyers.
