Two out five people would make a false personal injury or medical negligence claim if they thought they could get away with it, a survey has revealed
The survey, conducted by Sapio for marketing firm MMA Digital, found that while a majority of respondents said there needed to be a good reason for claim – such as serious injury caused by someone
