Industry body calls for clarity over 'secret' plans for small claims portal
The Association of Consumer Support Organisations has urged the Justice Committee to investigate the establishment of the small claims portal.
Acso has also called on the Justice Committee to lobby the Ministry of Justice to “open up” and give more details about the development of the portal, due to be launched next year.
