Claims for whiplash fall to the lowest level since 2012
Personal injury claims for whiplash have fallen to their lowest level in seven years, according to figures from the Ministry of Justice.
According to civil justice statistics issued by MoJ, 30,513 personal injury claims were issued in the country and magistrates’ courts in the third quarter of 2018, compared with 38,071 the previous
