Personal injury CMCs made £2.8bn over the last decade
Personal injury claims management companies earned £2.8bn over the last 10 years, a government report has revealed.
Industry-wide, CMCs made £6.2bn between 2007 and 2017, according to a Ministry of Justice report. £2.8m in fines have been handed out since the regulator received the power to fine firms. Over 6800
