Insurers ‘missed chance’ to influence insurance rules over drones
Insurers are sleepwalking into legislation over drones that they have had no role in shaping, it has been warned.
Peter Forshaw, head of commercial insurance at Weightmans, said there has seemingly been little contribution from the industry to the government's consultation over drones, which ends this week.
