RSA posts strong global first half results as pre-tax profit grows 20%
RSA's turnaround under CEO Stephen Hester has continued in the first half of 2016.
Group pre-tax operating profit climbed 20% to £312m (H1 2015: £259m) with profit contributions from Scandinavia of £131m, Canada of £69m and the UK of £144m respectively.
