US investigation firm ICS Merrill has merged with Global Options to form a UK holding company with UK and US subsidiaries.
Covent Bridge Group will be led by non-executive chairman, Roger Day - formerly executive vice president and claims director at Ace - and Dave Merrill - formerly ICS Merrill CEO.
