Tripping claim fraudster given custodial sentence
A woman who attempted to claim £26,000 for alleged injuries sustained from a pothole trip was handed an 18 week custodial sentence and 240 hours of community service at the Blackpool Magistrates Court this month.
Andrea Hill, 48, of Anchorsholme, was sentenced on 2 April. The 18 week custodial sentence was suspended for two years. A compensation order was also secured to compensate insurer LV for its
