Aviva bolsters whiplash fight with new proposals
Aviva has developed six recommendations for reducing the number of whiplash claims to help lower the cost of motor insurance for "fed up" customers.
The insurer said the introduction of its proposals could result in fewer whiplash claims and lower premiums as well as tackling those who seek to abuse the system by profiting from fraudulent injuries
