Following a study, the World Health Organisation has said one in every 10 car deaths is linked to alcohol.
Allianz studied WHO's figures and said deaths related to alcohol when drivingwere most common in Eastern Europe, where 18.2% of road accident victims were attributed to the consumption of alcohol
