Chubb and Hiscox have taken the top two spots in a ranking of claims service in the UK mid-market by Gracechurch Consulting.
The study, based on the views of 350 UK claims specialists, showed some insurers were becoming more innovative and attentive to the service they offer because of the competitive edge it can create
