Duplication inflating Claims Portal figures
The Claims Portal has warned that duplication is inflating the total number of claims registered with the claims portal, but cautioned it is unable to estimate the scale of the problem.
An Claims Portal spokesman told Post that market feedback had led to the portal identifying inflation in August and September data, in particular.
