Bogus burglary claims top Innovation's 2013 fraud trend table
Research from insurance software firm Innovation Group into the top fraud trends for 2013 has shown that apparent burglary was the most popular bogus claim.
The firm, which made its findings based on 2000 sample claims last year, revealed that 52% of fraudsters blamed theft and break-ins for lost belongings.
