Women not shopping around despite premium rises, claims survey

Women have reported a 12% price increase on their motor insurance following the introduction of the Gender Directive 12 months ago, Consumer Intelligence has found.

A year on from the introduction of the legislation, a survey of around 1500 consumers found the directive has created a dramatic shift in shopping habits.

According to the study, 58% of female drivers

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
