Airline carriers see lowest losses in six years
The airline industry experienced an eerily quiet first half of the year, with losses of just $400m, the lowest total in six years, according to the latest report from the Aerospace division of Willis Group Holdings.
The company's monthly Airline Insurance Insight report indicates the insurance market has remained remarkably stable for airlines, with no change in the drivers of capacity and claims.
