Night curfews won’t work, warns Insure the Box
Banning young people from night-time driving would not help reduce premiums or improve driving behaviour, according to a report by Insure the Box.
Following the publication of a report advising Transport ministers to consider the introduction of graduate driving licensing, which would see young drivers banned from the road between 10pm to 5am
