Axa concedes ahead of third Autofocus retrial
Axa has reached a settlement with credit hire firm Accident Exchange on a retrial on credit hire rates just hours before it was due to appear in court in Manchester.
The insurer and Accident Exchange had been set for court yesterday in the case, Gregory v Sozos, relating to a November 2007 motor accident.
The claim was initially decided at a small claims track
