£25m annual savings touted after bus crash ruling
A Court of Appeal ruling is expected to save the motor insurance industry from bearing the brunt of bus operators’ overheads in the event of a claim, according to an insurance law firm.
Greenwoods Solicitors has suggested savings to the industry could equal £25m a year, as a result of the ruling which was made on 18 July.
The case challenged a claim by West Midlands Travel for general
