Bird named as interim IFB director
Motor Insurers’ Bureau head of customer services Phil Bird is “overseeing day to day operations” at the Insurance Fraud Bureau following the departure of director Glen Marr.
Marr announced his departure in September and will join the board of First Central Insurance Management as director of fraud in December.
However, the IFB is yet to find a replacement for Marr amid
