ULR Additions to appeal Webster Dixon decision
ULR Additions has lodged an appeal in the Webster Dixon case against the judgment which will force it to pay higher fees to non-panel solicitors chosen by legal expenses policyholders.
The legal expenses insurer, which until December 31 2009 administered LEI policies on behalf of Equity Red Star, is appealing the ruling of Mr Justice Burton.
The appeal is on the grounds that attempts
